| Ellis Alliance Office |
The Ellis Alliance is central contact
for the city of Ellis. The Foundation, the Chamber of Commerce, the
Economic Development Group, and Travel and Tourism are entities that
use this contact. The Foundation was able to re-model and proved
an office space for the Alliance. Also, this office building can
be used for other community groups as a meeting room. |
| Downtown Beautification |
In cooperation with the Ellis Community Thrift
Shop, this project is phased to beautify main street with new benches,
planters and trash receptacles. |
| Trees for Kids |
With Rich's IGA, the Foundation was able to send home a tree with
all of the school kids. |
| Community Center |
The community of Ellis needs a facility large enough to host auctions,
large wedding dances, community events, etc. This center would help
solve many of these problems. The Foundation is researching possible
locations and will start fundraising shortly. |
